Extensions

This contract consisted of demolishing an attached garage to the existing property, including part of the existing ground floor accomodation and roof, a new two storey extension was created which included two ensuite shower rooms and a master bedroom, the ground floor included a boiler room to house the new underfloor heating components and new boiler. A large open living room with full height bi-folding doors leading out to a new terrace was also created which included a impresive lighting scheme.
