We have been involved in many commercial and industrial projects in Norfolk and Suffolk, spanning from new build industrial and commercial building to refurbishment and extension. The projects included here are a small industrial unit refurbishment and also a major industrial unit rebuild following a fire.
The rebuild project following a fire at a furniture production company was completed in strict accordance with the insurers and administrators requirements. The building was occupied during the work so careful planning was needed to ensure minimal disruption.
The refurbishment included the complete removal of the end of a large industrial unit and rebuilding, new mezzanine floor, complete reworking of existing wiring and heating. In all the refurbishment extended to circa 1000m2 of property and the works were completed within the agreed 27 weeks contract period to the day.
