The existing surgery was in need of refurbishment and extension due to the expansion of the practice.
The most important part of this project was to ensure that the existing surgery could continue to operate whilst the works were completed. This created difficulties within the program and proposals, however with careful planning and communication we were able to complete the extensive refurbishment and extension without any loss of services to the patients.
The works included the addition of new waiting rooms and patient facilities, refurbished administration areas, a new glazed roof entrance and reception area with counter and seating areas.
The works included comprehensive rewiring and replacement heating for the new and the existing building, re-roofing to some of the existing building and new parking areas externally.
A full refurbishment and extension has been completed at this City Centre doctors surgery.
