This property should be realised to completion during 2007, the scheme has been developed from initial conception and detailed discussions with Local Planning authorities through to final design plans. This design has received praise from Norwich Conservation advisory committee and will be constructed using a timber frame and finished with Western Red Cedar cladding. Black Aluminium powder coated windows and frames will complete the design.
