Barbers have recently completed two projects for us. The first was a ground floor remodelling which included the installation of a 6m sliding door. And the second was a loft conversion. Barber Building Services was the only company which provided both a detailed realistic quotation and an acceptable timescale for the work to increase the structural integrity, to carry out extensive replastering, and to completely re-decorate a 1970s house within a Norwich Conservation Area before it was put on the market.
The work was completed within budget and on time within a tight timescale. The final cleaning left the house in an immaculate state, such that the house was sold within 10 minutes of the first viewing.
Barber Building Services worked closely with the Consultant Surveyor who was overseeing the project. Any additions or amendments to the work were quickly understood and quoted for so that there was no delay in continuing the work. Communications between Barber Building Services, the Consultant Surveyor and ourselves, the remote client, were excellent and timely.
